SUGAR FREE PANCAKES

Potrebujeme na 1 porciu:
1 veľký banán
1 vajce
(poprípade ovsenú múku na zahustenie)

Banán roztlačíme vidličkou, pridáme vajíčko a poriadne zamiešame. Ja som prvý lievaniec vyskúšala z tejto konzistencie a ťažšie sa mi to otáčalo tak som pridala cca. 1 lyžicu ovsenej múky (lievanec bez ovs. múky bol chuťovo aj výzorovo rovnaký ako ostatné). Opekáme na panvici s malým množstvom kokosového oleja.


Poleva:
biely jogurt
kakao
stévia
(proteín)

Nenapísala som množstvo, pretože to si už každý upraví podla seba. Postup je veľmi jednoduchý: všetko spolu zmiešame a vrstvíme na lievance.

Ingredients for 1 portion:
1 big banana
1 egg
(oatmeal flour for thickening the batter)

Using a fork, mash the over-ripe banana until almost smooth, than whisk the egg into the mashed banana. This batter is a bit thin but the taste and look on the plate will be the same. For me it was hard to turn them on the pan, so that's why I added 1 table spoon of oatmeal flour. Then you are just goning to put in on a pan with a little amount of coconut oil.

Topping:
plain yoghurt
cocoa
stevia
(protein)

I haven't written amount of the ingredients because you need to know if you want it more or less sweet and how much you want. Then you just mix it and that's it.
