Na 4 tartelettky
cesto:
1/2 hrnčeka masla/kokos.oleja
1 1/4 hrnčeka špaldovej alebo bezlepkovej múky
štipka soli
2-3 lyžice vody
2 lyžice medu
plnka:
5-6 jabĺk
1 lyžička škorice
2-3 lyžice medu
2-3 lyžice jablkového pyré
Postup:
Všetky ingrediencie na cesto zmiešame a dáme do chladničky na 15 minút. Zatiaľ si pripravíme plnku a to tak, že jablká očistíme a nakrájame na osminky. Potom ich zmiešame s ostatnými ingredienciami. Cesto vytiahneme, vyvaľkáme a natlačíme do formičiek/formy poprepichujeme vidličkou a dáme pecť na 180° na 5 min. Potom naplníme a prekryjeme plátkami cesta, ktoré tiež jemne poprepichujeme a dáme do rúry na 6-8 min. Potom ho vytiahneme, potrieme vajíčkom zmiešaným s trochou vody a vrátime do rúry na 5 min. Vytiahneme, necháme trochu vychladnúť a podávame.
I've always wanted to bake an Apple pie but it's really hard to find a good and healthy recipe.
The original is sweet, there is lot of cinnamon and the crust is crunchy. That's why I've combined more recipes and I've changed them a bit. So there are these amazing healthy mini apple pies. I've baked them in small molds, but if you don't have these then you can use normal sized cake pan.
For 4 tartelettes:
Dough:
1/2 cup of butter/coconut oil
1 1/4 cup of spelt or gluten-free flour
a pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of honey
Filling:
5-6 apples
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons of honey
2-3 tablespoons of apple purée
Dough:
1/2 cup of butter/coconut oil
1 1/4 cup of spelt or gluten-free flour
a pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons of water
2 tablespoons of honey
Filling:
5-6 apples
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons of honey
2-3 tablespoons of apple purée
Method:
Mix all the ingredients for the dough and put it in fridge for 15 min. Meanwhile prepare the filling by peeling teh apples, then cutting them into eighths and mixing them with the rest of the ingredients. Remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out, place onto the molds/cake pan and pierce it with a fork. Then put it into the oven and bake it at 180° for 5 min. Take it out, fill and put some stripes from the dough on the top, pierce them with a fork and put it to the oven for 6-8 min. Take it out again and brush the top with an egg and put it back to the oven for next 5min. Than take it out, let it cool a bit and then serve.
