VEGÁNSKY PARMEZÁN

INGREDIENCIE:
1/2 hrnčeka kešu orechov (najlepšie je nesolené pražené)
2pl lahôdkového droždia
1/2 až 1 čl soli
trochu sušeného práškového cesnaku

POSTUP:
Orechy zmixujeme najemno, pridáme ostatné ingrediencie (soľ pridávame pomaly), pomixujeme a dáme do nádoby. Najľahší recept na svete a chutí úžasne, úplne ako syr. Môžeme pridať aj sušené bylinky. Ja som použila sušený medvedí cesnak.

1/2 cup cashew nuts (the best ones are unsalted raw cashews)
2 tbs nutritional yeast
1/2-1 ts salt
a pinch of garlic powder

DIRECTIONS:
Put the cashews to your blender and blend until you reach that parmesan consistency. Then add the salt, yeast and garlic and pulse for couple of minutes. Feel free to add your favorite herbs. 




VEGAN PARMESAN CHEESE:


INGREDIENTS:
